Before AgentBay, Mounir founded Portia, building developer tools that make complex multi-agent tasks predictable, auditable and secure. He ran Stripe’s bank-as-a-service product area across EMEA, launched Google Pay into 30 European markets, sat on Google Payments’ UK board, and worked with the UK’s Open Banking Implementation Entity and the European Payments Council. Earlier he built Amazon’s retail deals business, which today runs Black Friday and Prime Day.
He holds a computer engineering degree with high distinction from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from London Business School.

Vasanth spent more than a decade at Meta, most recently as an engineering manager at Facebook Reality Labs. Across roles in the US and Europe, he has shipped machine learning systems and consumer apps, built platforms that serve billions of people, and led teams responsible for integrity and safety.
He holds a B.Tech in computer science from IIT Madras and an MSc in computer science and human-computer interaction from the University of British Columbia.

Nipun has spent over a decade in fintech, across strategy, product and go-to-market on both sides of the Atlantic. He was a founding member of the Chase UK team and most recently its Head of Technology Strategy and Transformation. Before that he sat on Plaid’s European leadership team, running marketing and business operations. He began his career at Oliver Wyman in New York, specialising in risk modelling and insurance.
He holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Cornell, summa cum laude, and an MBA from Wharton.
